What is Hypnobirthing and why does it work?
This Hypnobirthing course follows Katherine Graves Hypnobirthing method, which is accredited by the Royal College of Midwives.
This is a method used during pregnancy to prepare for birth and to be used during birth, no matter if this will be a physiological or a Caesarean birth.
This method uses words, positive affirmations, and relaxions scripts in order to release any fear of birth that you may have due to societal conditioning or other people's birth stories.
The goal is to empower you with knowledge based on evidence so that you can make informed decisions and have a positive experience of birth.
This 12h course is a full antenatel course, it will teach you how to trust your body and embrace the power of birth. We will debunk most of the horror stories you had probably seen on tv shows or heard from friends and family.
The course will give you the tools to release fear, to feel relaxed, to trust your body as perfectly capable of giving birth and trust your own intuition in taking the right decisions for you and your baby.

The method gives you the knowledge and skills to have the best childbirth experience. Most couples attending the course are planning a natural birth, but it is equally effective if you have chosen or need to have a C-section. This is because the goal is to make you feel empowered and in control of your own body and decisions. Moreover you will have more tools to deal with the maternity system and be aware that you can decline treatment and that any intervention needs to have your informed consent.
Whithin this course you will learn the logic of why you can trust your amazing body, your instinct and your baby. All based on sound information. You will be supported on your journey and have all the information you need
